Longevity of a Hair Transplant
You might not be at the stage yet where you feel you need a hair transplant. I’ve always suggested (not as a professional just my thoughts) that you try a hair loss treatment regimen first of possibly a DHT blocker shampoo, DHT inhibitor and growth stimulant before you decide a transplant is needed. Of course not all products work for everyone and it can come to the point where a transplant will be needed.
How long is that hair transplant going to last? I was surprised to find out that it’s possible for a transplant to last more or less forever. Of course the quality of the hair that will grow back isn’t going to bring you back to those full headed hair days of your youth but it will improve an area that is more or less completely bald.
Since the process takes hairs from the back of the head where they’re less affected by DHT they can grow better on the upper part of the scalp. The results of course can be fantastic and bring you back to an entirely new you.
